MAHLE kicks off the summer semester with a focus on digital transformation of the automotive service industry

On May 11, 2026, MAHLE Service Solutions launched the summer semester 2026 of the lecture series, “Automotive Technology Leaders Present.” The event focused on the topic: „Driving efficiency in automotive service – Data driven and digital. Use case examples presented by MAHLE Service Solutions.“

About 100 students and industry experts attended the presentation, gaining insights into the latest developments in the field of automotive service and diagnostic technologies. The focus was particularly on data-driven approaches to improving efficiency in automotive service, as well as on digital solutions and processes that lead to shorter repair times and better service quality.

Using real-world use cases, MAHLE Service Solutions demonstrated how data and digitalization are transforming the service industry. One highlight was the real-time live demonstration of a fault code readout on a test vehicle.

The event featured speakers Felix-Matthias Walter, Peter Sohmer und Mariangelo Troiani. Students and industry representatives had the opportunity to exchange professional insights on the future of automotive services during the event.
