The popular continuing education course “Electrification of Mobility” will be offered again this year as part of the FKFS Academy. Within 2.5 course days, expert Prof. Giorgio Rizzoni of The Ohio State University will provide a comprehensive understanding of electromobility and the associated opportunities and challenges.
The following important topics for electromobility will be highlighted:
- xEV architectures
- Electric machines, electric drives, power converters
- Energy storage systems
- Energy management systems
- Electric drive technology in motorsport
- Regenerative braking
Date: June 14- 16 June 2025
Location: FKFS, Stuttgart
Prior knowledge is not required. The course content is rounded off by two practical exercises on regenerative braking and energy management.
“Electrification of Mobility” can be complemented by the subsequent course “Hydrogen for Mobility” which starts on the afternoon of June 16.
