Technology Leaders: Porsche ends an era

On Monday evening, July 14, Dr.-Ing. Gregor Michna, Director Pilot Hall of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, was a guest at the Technology Leaders event. He spoke on the topic of “Ramp-up management for sports cars – challenges and concepts for a successful project”. About 150 participants listened intently to the presentation, which dealt with the challenges of launching the production of new vehicles. Cross-functional teams are a great advantage in this process due to the multitude of factors and the enormous complexity.
