Second day of the Stuttgart International Symposium is running!

After an exciting first day, the 21st International Stuttgart Symposium started today with new lectures into the second day of the event. In addition to the interassane lectures and exciting discussions, there were again some highlights in the program.

The first highlight was the keynote speech by Dr. Torsten Eder, Vice President Development Powertrain & Member Executive Board Mercedes-Benz Drive Systems Mercedes-Benz AG, at 10 am. He spoke on the topic of "The Future of Sustainable Mobility at Mercedes-Benz".

Another highlight was the panel discussion at 11 a.m. on the topic "The car of the future - individual mobility 2030" moderated by Johannes Winterhagen. The participants were:

  • Minister Dr. Nicole Hoffmeister-Kraut MdL, Ministry of Economics, Labor and Housing Baden-Württemberg
  • Dr. Martin Berger, Head of Central Research & Advance Engineering MAHLE International GmbH
  • Dr. Ulrich Eichhorn, Group Representative Platform Future Mobility and DataSpace Mobility, Volkswagen AG
  • Christian Hochfeld, Managing Director Agora Verkehrswende

The next keynote will be held at 2:30 p.m. by Uwe Wagner, Member of the Board of Management for Research and Development Schaeffler AG, on the topic: "Transition and Focus - The SCHAEFFLER Automotive Technology Roadmap".
