Yesterday, June 19, we had the pleasure of welcoming Daimler Truck at the Technology Leaders event series. Andreas Mink, Director Product Engineering Powertrain Software & Electronics, spoke about "Software-driven development to shape the future of trucking". The most important goal is to achieve CO2 neutrality in the operation and manufacturing of trucks and buses. Software plays a major role in this, enabling the realization of highly complex vehicles: "Software is the number one differentiator for Daimler Trucks." Daimler Truck not only offered insights into their company but also into one of their eActros, which the participants were even allowed to sit in.
