From 22–24 July 2026, the FKFS Academy will once again offer specialized training for professionals in the automotive industry. The 2026 program features the established course Vehicle Aerodynamics and Aeroacoustics as well as the new course Vehicle Thermal Management.
The Academy’s training concept is designed for engineers, business professionals, and managers seeking in-depth technical knowledge combined with practical application. All courses are conducted in English by experienced experts from industry and academia and provide a structured overview of fundamental principles, current methodologies, and latest developments.
The course Vehicle Aerodynamics and Aeroacoustics focuses on the fundamentals of aerodynamic performance and aeroacoustic optimization. Participants benefit from hands-on training in wind tunnel environments and gain insight into advanced measurement techniques and real-world development processes.
With the course Vehicle Thermal Management, FKFS expands its portfolio to address one of the key challenges in modern vehicle development. The course covers thermodynamics, vehicle cooling systems, HVAC technologies, and human comfort models. Practical sessions in climatic wind tunnel, climatic chamber, and simulation environments complement the theoretical modules.
By combining expert lectures with direct access to FKFS testing facilities, the FKFS Academy 2026 offers a comprehensive and practice-oriented learning experience.
