22nd Stuttgart International Symposium successfully completed!

Today, the 22nd Stuttgart International Symposium started into the second day with new technical presentations. Besides the interesting technical presentations and exciting discussions in the Q&A sessions, there were again some highlights in the program.

The first highlight was the keynote address at 3:30 p.m. entitled "Success Factors in Transformation" by the Chairman of the Executive Board of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, Oliver Blume, in which he spoke about the various areas in which Porsche is driving successful transformation.

Another highlight was the panel discussion on "Fit for 55 - How to make it?" moderated by Johannes Winterhagen directly afterwards. The top-class participants 

  • Jumana Al-Sibai, Member of the Management Board, Thermal Management, MAHLE GmbH
  • Oliver Blume, Chairman of the Executive Board of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG
  • Prof. Dr.-Ing. Christian Küchen, Managing Director, en2x – Wirtschaftsverbandes Fuels und Energie e.V.
  • Winfried Hermann, Minister of Transport of the State of Baden-Württemberg 

highlighted and discussed the various ways and means by which the 2030 climate targets can be achieved, such as technology openness, consideration of the overall balance, an improvement in the charging infrastructure but also the creation of incentives and, above all, cooperation between politics, industry and science.

With the closing remarks by and Prof. André Casal Kulzer, the 22nd Stuttgart International Symposium was successfully concluded today. After two exciting days of events, the second virtual symposium has thus come to an end. More than 500 registered participants attended 100 lectures and were able to network in the virtual networking area.
